HOW OUR RECRUITING PROCESS WORKS
We feel it’s important that you understand how our recruiting process works.
We advertise our “Open Positions” on numerous job boards as well as our own websites and we maintain this information daily. If we have a position posted, it’s a “real” opening.
We constantly are speaking with and building relationships with attorneys that are interested in exploring career opportunities. Sometimes the goals and objectives can be accomplished in the short term and sometimes it takes a lot longer. We’ve worked with candidates over the course of several years in order to identify the “right” opportunity for them, and we’d be glad to do the same with you.
We strongly encourage you to call us and make an appointment in person or over the phone to discuss your objectives and goals. We want to develop a relationship with you so that we can best represent you and inform you of opportunities that will interest you. It is also important that we have you in our database so that when opportune positions arise that will be of interest to you, we can inform you accordingly. The attorneys that we have spent time getting to know, have a relationship with and stay in touch with always have a higher success rate.
